Jason A. Ridenour
I consider myself a generalist meaning that I have skills in many things. My main interests are in computers and technology, audio/video equipment, and culinary arts. My current plan for the future has me combining these three interests into one very interesting business venture. My skills and interests don't stop there. I am a student of all things and am very interested in learning new skills. To this end, I hope to offer my services to anyone who requires the service of a person who can learn to do just about anything in a short period of time.
What I can bring to a current business is years of computer engineering and IT management skills. I also have years of experience in sales and customer service. I have the hard to obtain skill of talking shop with tech people and translating that into language that others can understand. I can do guided technical support over the phone, by email, or in person, mostly off the top of my head and with just about any user. The only complaint I have received is that I tend to provide too much information when I am helping someone face to face, but I try to keep this to a minimum.
I am currently working on expanding my skills as a web application programmer. I am versed in PHP, HTML, CSS, MYSQL, and more in the near future. My goal when programming a system is to keep the interface simple, the data organized and readable, and the program flexible enough to grow with the organization.

- Completely restructured and streamlined internal processes related to the sale and installation of all products sold by Happy Valley Barns.
